Process a Club Order Early

You can trigger an early billing of a customer’s next Wine Club order at any time. This is useful for accommodating urgent requests or early shipments for individual members.

For Admin Users

  1. Search for the Customer in Winehub and select their profile.
  2. Scroll down to select the Current Shipment tab
  3. Click Shipment Actions then Rebill


  4. Click Rebill Now to process their next order immediately.



Allow Customers to Rebill via the Customer Portal

You can also let customers rebill their own club order at their convenience.

  1. Go to Winehub > Settings > General Settings.
  2. Under Rebilling Settings, check the box Allow Customers to Rebill.

Once enabled, customers will see a “Bill Now” option in their portal for any pending club shipment, giving them full control over when their next delivery is processed.
