If you use Klaviyo for email marketing, you can use our Klaviyo Integration to sync your Winehub Customer Segments, fetch your Klaviyo templates for use in Winehub, and optionally send some or all Winehub emails via Klaviyo.

Setup Klaviyo Integration

Issue an API key in Klaviyo

  1. Login into your Klaviyo account
  2. Click on Settings > Account > API Keys
  3. Click “Create Private API Key”
  4. Enter any name that you want (eg. Winehub).
    1. Each private key has its own set of permission scopes, if you’re creating a custom key you can customise the access granted.
    2. To be able to sync the email templates, customer profiles and create the lists for each customer segment on winehub, we require the following set of full access permissions:
      1. Events (full access)
      2. List (full access)
      3. Profiles (full access)
      4. Subscriptions (full access)
      5. Tags (full access)
      6. Templates (Just read access)
  5. Hit “Create” and copy the generated token.

Use Full Access Key or Custom Key. Your Private API key must have event write permissions if using a Custom Key in combination with the other permissions required for Klaviyo template syncing

Enter the API key in Winehub

  1. Navigate to the settings page in Winehub
  2. Find the Klaviyo fields in the “Third Party Integrations” section
  3. Paste your API Key into the corresponding field and hit “Sync with WineHub”
  4. After a couple of seconds, you should get a success message. (It may take a few minutes for all of your customers and segments to show up on Klaviyo)
  5. You can now use your customer segments in Klaviyo or add a Klaviyo template to your Winehub emails.

This sync only occurs when you click the sync button. If you have new segments or want to fetch new templates in the future, you will need to click the sync button again.
