Applying Bulk Discounts Using Clusters and Loyalty Tiers

1. Create a New Cluster

2. Assign the Cluster to a Loyalty Tier

  • Open the Loyalty  section in WineHub.
  • Select the desired tier and expand the Exclusive Products accordion.
  • Agree to activate the checkout rule for the tier if prompted.
  • Select the newly created cluster to make its products exclusive to the membership tier.

4. Configure Discount Settings

  • Specify a discount percentage for the cluster (e.g., 10% off, 0% for no discount).
  • Customise any other conditions and set a time limit if required.

5. Save and Publish

  • Ensure all settings are saved. The products within the cluster will now appear at the exclusive price for eligible members of the specified tier.

These steps allow you to streamline bulk discounts by associating specific product clusters with membership tiers, enhancing customer loyalty and driving repeat purchases.
