Sales Channels & Locations
By default, most Winehub club orders are processed via the Online Store sales channel in Shopify. In your Shopify settings, you can determine the default fulfillment location for orders processed via the Online Store or any other sales channel. In some occasions, orders using a club discount may be processed via a different sales channel (eg. POS). Read on for more information about different scenarios.

Tracking Sales Location
The channel that is reported for your club sales is sometimes contstrained by Shopify limitations. In these cases, the true sales location might not match how Shopify classifies it. For example, a POS QR signup will come through as an Online Store sale. In these instances, you can use the order attributes to better filter and report on the correct sign-up location.
Changing Fulfillment Location
In some instances, you may need to fulfill an order from a different location than the default set up in Shopify. In this instance, it is very simple to change the fulfillment location in either Shopify Admin or POS.
Shopify Admin
- Open the order in Shopify
- Click on the three dot menu in the top right of the order summary
- Change the fulfilment location

Shopify POS
- Click on the All Orders menu item in Shopify POS
- Select Channel: Online
- Open the order and select Reassign Fulfilment
- Select the correct location and save

Splitting Fulfilment
If you have already supplied some items and need to ship others, you can easily split the fulfillment in Shopify;
- Open the order in Shopify
- Click on the three dot menu in the top right of the order summary
- Select Split fulfillment
