Staff Users

The Staff Users function features a standalone staff portal that provides an overview of membership benefits. Because this portal is totally separate from Shopify and Winehub, it can be useful if you are not using Shopify POS or for staff members that you don't want to have full access to sensitive customer details. It simply provides an overview of current membership benefits.

Access the Staff Portal

The staff portal can be accessed at: https://api.winehub.io/portal. Once logged in, you can search for each customer by email address.

Set Up Staff Users

To create new staff users, navigate to Winehub > Settings > Staff Users then Add New Member. These staff users can also be used for Staff Attribution.
