The Staff Attribution feature allows wineries to track which staff member was responsible for each wine club signup or adhoc order processed through Winehub, providing valuable insights into team performance and sales contributions.
Enabling Staff Attribution
- Navigate to Settings > Signup App > Behaviour.
- Enable the Staff Attribution option.
- Once enabled, a discreet button will appear in the Sign Up App on your website below the Delivery Instructions field (see below).
- When clicked, this button will display a list of staff users, allowing the appropriate staff member to be selected for attribution.
- This field is also available for signups made via Winehub POS Connect & one-off orders created via Winehub admin.

Setting Up Staff Users
- Go to Settings > Staff Users.
- Add new staff members to ensure they are available for attribution in the Sign Up App.

Viewing Staff Attribution Data
- The Staff Attribution Report is available in the Administration section of Winehub.
- You can choose a date range and export details to CSV
- For new club signups, the assigned staff member is also displayed in the customer's Contract page.
Attribution Entries - Allows you to view individual orders attributed to staff members during the specified period
Actualized orders have already been processed. Non-Actualized orders have been scheduled for a future date.
Attribution Summary - Allows you to view the total attributable revenue by staff member for the period
