Winehub’s Club Switching feature allows an active Wine Club subscription to be transferred to a different club without cancelling and recreating the subscription. This helps maintain the member’s history and ensures a smoother transition between club offerings.
Maintain subscription continuity
Avoid customer frustration from cancelled contracts
Preserve shipment schedules and member order history
Navigate to the Member’s Current Subscription
From the admin dashboard, locate the member’s active Wine Club subscription.
Access the ‘More Actions’ Menu
Click the More actions button and select Change Club.
Select the New Club and Frequency
Choose the new Wine Club and preferred delivery frequency.
If products from the member’s current subscription are not available in the target club, you’ll be prompted to:
Remove unavailable items
Select alternative products
Important: At least one product must be included in the new club contract.
Resolve Pending Shipments
All pending shipments will be cancelled when the contract is moved to a new club.
If any of these need to be processed, do so before switching the member.
Special Handling for Seasonal or Playlist Clubs
If the member is currently in a seasonal or playlist-style club:
You will be asked to select which shipment/season to use as the base selection for the new club.
Review and Confirm
Review all changes and click Confirm to complete the switch.
