Basic Club Setup Guide
Winehub makes launching and managing your wine club easy. Whether you’re starting simple or diving into a highly tailored program, we’ve got you covered with Basic Mode and Advanced Mode.
Basic Mode Setup
Use Basic Mode for a fast and simple setup of a simple customer-choice wine club — ideal for wineries launching a new club or offering a straightforward club structure.
In Wine Clubs, click the 'Create New' button.
Enter your Club Name.
Upload a Club Image – this will appear in your website’s signup app.
Use the Published toggle to control visibility of the club on your website.
Select available Case Sizes (Add or edit sizes and upload images via Edit Case Sizes)
Define Delivery Frequencies (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually) and choose between Fixed Dates or Customer Purchase Anniversary. Learn More
Upload an image for each Delivery Frequency to enhance visual appeal in your signup app.
Add a Club Discount for each frequency, if required.
- Select your Wine Club Products by adding existing products - these will appear for member selection.
You can choose either individual bottles, cases or a combination of both in a customer-choice club Under Wine Club Perks, you can:
Add discounts on non-club orders.
Offer free-format perks.
Switch to Advanced Mode for additional perk types.
Save your Wine Club.
