Replacing Wine Club Products


There are times when you may need to replace a product in your wine club - generally when a new vintage is released or when a product line is discontinued. For temporary stock issues, it is best to manage stock changes at a club run level.  The instructions below are for permanent changes to your wine club. 

Single Product Swap

Use this process when you need to replace a single product in an individual wine club.

  1. Navigate to Wine Clubs in Winehub & select the appropriate club to edit
  2. Scroll down to the product section & click 'Replace' button next to the product you are swapping



  3. Search for and select the new product
  4. Select if you would like to notify customers or override the cutoff period
  5. Click swap and save wine club

Bulk Product Swap

If a product exists in multiple wine clubs, you can use our bulk actions to update the product across all clubs at once. Read more about the Bulk Product Swap feature.
