Winehub’s Tock integration allows you to sync customer reservation data directly into Winehub. This provides powerful segmentation and automated communication based on actual bookings, ideal for offering incentives, follow-up emails, and tailored product promotions based on visit data.
Navigate to Settings > Third Party Integrations > Tock.
Enter your Tock API Key and Tock Scope, which can be found in your Tock account settings.
Enter your Tock Page URL—this is the public reservation link where customers can book directly via Tock. It powers the Book A Reservation button within the Winehub customer portal.
Click Save Settings. This begins the sync of reservation data.
Once connected, the Tock dashboard (Winehub > Administration > Reservations) displays a real-time overview of your reservations and associated revenue. You can view booking activity and earnings by date, helping you evaluate performance across time periods.

Create the Widget in Tock
Log in to your Tock Dashboard and navigate to the Control Panel settings.
Locate the section to create a Widget for embedding.
Follow the interface prompts to customise the appearance and content of your widget.
Copy the Widget Code
Once configured, Tock will generate two parts:
A JavaScript snippet
An HTML placement block
These together form the widget code needed for your Shopify store.
Create a New Section in Shopify
In your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Edit Code.
Under Sections, create a new file called tockembed.liquid.
Paste the full widget code (JavaScript + HTML) into this new section.
Insert the Section into Your Page Template
Open your homepage or desired page template (e.g. templates/index.json) and locate the “order” key.
Add the new section reference, like "tockembed", into the desired place in the array to control widget placement.
Save and Preview
Save all changes. The Tock widget should now appear live on your store in the chosen location, styled as per your widget settings.

Winehub’s Nominated Product feature is a unique customer engagement tool that turns bookings into sales before the guest arrives.
What is a Nominated Product?
A nominated product allows your customers to choose a preferred item—typically a bottle of wine—to receive a discount on, ahead of their reservation. This is communicated via a personalised email, inviting them to select a wine they’d like to try or purchase during their visit.
Why Use It?
Configuration
Navigate to Tock Settings in Winehub to enable the nominated product option.
Specify:
The number of products a customer may nominate
The discount value to apply to those products
Nominated Product Emails
Use the Nominated Email Sending function to manually trigger emails to all customers with upcoming reservations.
Emails prompt customers to choose their nominated product via a date-based selector.
Reminder Days
Set automated reminders before the reservation date. You can add multiple reminder windows (e.g., 5 days, 2 days) to ensure the nomination is made.
Nominated Email Tracker
Track every nominated email sent and see which customers have selected a product. If no emails have been sent yet, this view will appear empty.
In Administration > Reservations, you can:
View synced reservation data.
Send bulk or individual emails to customers with bookings in selected date ranges.
Track which customers have received nominated product emails.
Create dynamic segments for customers who’ve booked within a set timeframe.
Go to Customers > Segments.
Filter by Experience Type or other attributes.
Save and name your segment for targeted campaigns.
Automate Segmentation: Use Winehub’s dynamic segmentation to identify your most valuable reservation customers.
Boost Conversion: Pair Tock reservations with perks, like discounts or exclusive access to events.
Personalise Communications: Trigger Klaviyo flows for post-visit thank you emails or product suggestions.
