Shipment Addons


The Addons feature lets you add extra products to a wine club member's next upcoming order without altering their recurring subscription. Both the recurring club order and Addons are processed together in a single transaction. When enabled, Addons can be added by either an Admin or the Customer.

Setting Up Addons

  1. Enable Addons for the Wine Club:
    • Open the Wine Club settings
    • Toggle “Allow Shipment Addons” to ON.


  2. Select Products for Addons:

    • Expand "Select Addon Only Products" section.
    • Add products manually or bulk add by type or vintage.
    • (Optional) Activate the toggle to require a fixed incremental quantity for Addons.
    • (Optional) Toggle to be restricted/unrestricted to control whether customers or only admins can add these products to the upcoming shipment.
    • Save your changes

Addon products get the same discount as the main club order unless you exclude these from automatic discounts via the product editor in Winehub.

In variable (customer choice) clubs, all club products are available as Addons when the feature is enabled. You can exclude these using the toggle provided if required.

Adding Addons to an Order (Admin)

  1. Open the customer record in Winehub.
  2. Scroll down to the Subscriptions tab and from the menu on the right select View Next Shipment



  3. Click Add Club Product, select products, and save.



  4. The order will be processed with the customer's next club shipment.

Adding Addons to an Order (Customer)

  1. Log in to the customer portal.
  2. Go to Upcoming Shipments → Order Addons.
  3. Select products and click Save Addons.
