Need to hold off on processing a customer's next club order? Winehub makes it easy to delay a shipment without disrupting your operations.
Navigate to Customers in Winehub.
Select the relevant customer and scroll down to Subscriptions
Click the three dots on the right to Edit Subscription.
Scroll down to Upcoming Shipments.
Click on Delay Shipment button.
Choose a new processing date and confirm.
That’s it - your customer's order will now be processed on the newly selected date.
Delaying a shipment does not change the customer's regular rebill schedule. Use this feature for one-off adjustments, such as when a customer is travelling or requests a later delivery for a specific order.
