Bulk Edit Club Run Dates

The Bulk Club Run Date Change feature allows you to efficiently reschedule multiple club runs while ensuring that subscription billing and shipment dates are updated accordingly.

This feature is most suited for merging customer anniversary club runs but can also be used more generally to move club runs.

Example Scenario: You have several anniversary club runs that will process on the 4th, 8th, 12th of the month. With the club run date edit feature you can move them all to the 15th, essentially merging them.

How to Change Club Run Dates in Bulk

1. Select Club Runs to Move
   
1. Open Club Runs and Select the club runs you want to update.
   
2. Note: Only club runs with the same process date can be moved in a single batch (repeat process for multiple dates)
   
   
2. Edit Club Run Dates
   
1. Click the Edit Club Run Dates button.
   
2. Select the new processing date.
   
3. Click Update Dates to confirm.
   
   
   
   
3. What Happens Next?
   
1. The club run date will be updated.
   
2. The next billing date for all subscriptions will be adjusted to the newly selected date.
   
3. Existing product replacements within the club runs will be removed.
   
4. Shipment add-ons will remain unchanged
   
   
   

Optional: Apply Changes to Fixed-Date Subscriptions

1. If enabled, this option will permanently update the fixed-date subscription billing cycle to reflect the new club run date.
   
2. If disabled, only the club run process date will change, and fixed-date subscriptions will remain on their original schedule.
   
3. Anniversary-based subscriptions will always update to the new date, regardless of this setting.
   

Seasons used fixed date rebilling and Playlists use anniversary rebilling.
