Winehub allows both administrators and customers to update club selections, frequency & quantity at any time before the shipping cut-off date. Editing club selections ensures that customers receive the wines they want and that your club orders remain flexible and tailored.
Customers: via the Customer Portal (before the shipment cut-off)
Admins: via the Winehub Admin Dashboard at any time (up until processing begins)
Search for the Customer:
Go to Customers in the Winehub admin dashboard
Use the search or filters to locate the customer
Open the Subscription Contract
Open the customer record and scroll down to Subscriptions
Click the three dots on the right hand side and select Edit Subscription Details
Modify the Selection
At the bottom half of the contract page, you’ll find the list of eligible wines and current selections
Adjust the frequency, bottle quantities, and or replace wines as needed
Ensure the total quantity matches the club requirements (e.g. 6 or 12 bottles)
Save Changes
Click Save to apply the new selection.
If within the editable period, the update will apply to the next scheduled shipment.
Login to the website
Create a new customer account using wine club email if required
Click on Subscriptions
Note that you may have changed the name of this tab (eg. to Wine Clubs or similar)
Click on Edit Subscription
Note that you may have changed the name of this button (eg. to Edit Wine Club or similar)
Modify as required
Editing custom wine selections is only applicable to Variable Case Clubs
For Fixed Case Clubs, you may edit frequency, quantity and fixed case choice if your club settings allow
Changes must be made before the club run cut-off date (set in your General Settings)
Customers can also update their selections in their portal unless restrictions have been applied
