Deleted and Draft Products

Issue

When managing a wine club or processing a club run, you may encounter a warning about Deleted or Draft Product.

Common Cause

This error will only show when a previous club product has been deleted or set to draft in Shopify. Wine Club subscriptions require all products to be active in Shopify. These errors must be addressed to prevent processing error with your club.

How to Resolve

If you encounter the error message on your club/subscription products, you should check their status in Shopify.

It’s important to keep club products in an active state at all times to ensure Winehub can communicate contract changes to Shopify and vice versa. Either republish the draft/deleted product or swap the draft/deleted product to a new product in your club setup.

You may also see the above warning if the product is not published to the Online Store sales channel. This sales channel is required for club products to function properly.
