Shopify Billing

Shopify Billing

All Winehub subscription charges and managed revenue fees are processed directly through your existing Shopify billing account. These charges appear on your standard monthly Shopify bill for streamlined accounting and record keeping.

To view or download your invoices:

  • Navigate to Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin.

Understanding Shopify’s Payment Threshold

When you first launch on Shopify, your account is assigned a payment threshold. If your account reaches this threshold before your usual billing date, Shopify will issue an early invoice. This is a normal part of Shopify’s fraud prevention and credit assessment processes.

As your business matures and Shopify’s trust in your payment history grows, this threshold will gradually increase—eventually reverting to a standard monthly billing cycle. In the early stages, you may receive multiple invoices per month. This is expected behaviour and not specific to Winehub.
