Winehub applies a processing fee of either 1.75% or 2% to all Managed Revenue transactions.

What is Managed Revenue?
Managed Revenue includes:
Any sale where Winehub’s member benefit engine is used to process the transaction.
- Recurring transactions, such as Wine Club and Subscription orders
- One-off orders where a membership or loyalty discount has been applied
What is Not Managed Revenue?
- Regular (non-member) online sales
- Non-member POS transactions in your cellar door
How is the Fee Charged?
The processing fee on Managed Revenue will show up on your Shopify bill as Usage Charges.
10% GST is applicable on Managed Revenue fees for Australian customers from 1st January 2026.
How to View Managed Revenue Details?
You can access a breakdown of Managed Revenue charges in Winehub: Settings > App Billing Settings
You can also access a full breakdown of these charges via Shopify. Simply export your bill in CSV format to view a detailed breakdown of all charges: Shopify Settings > Billing
