Delivery frequencies define the schedule options you offer to customers when they join your wine club - such as Monthly, Quarterly, or Bi-Annually. You can add as many frequencies as you like, and there's no limit. For each frequency, you then choose how and when customers are billed, using either Fixed Date or Anniversary Date rebilling methods.
Each frequency is a distinct configuration with its own billing schedule, discount structure, and perks - so a Monthly member and a Biannual member can have a completely different experience within the same club.
Billing occurs on specific, pre-defined calendar dates set by the admin. Fixed-Date billing is generally the easiest option from an operational standpoint. Your club runs are predictable, your fulfilment window is known in advance, and it's simpler to plan staffing and stock around.

Rebilling is based on the customer’s signup date, with intervals defined by the admin. Anniversary billing offers more flexibility for the individual customer as they're always billed relative to when they actually joined, which can feel more natural and personal. This model also delivers a steady club cashflow throughout the year, rather than a few large spikes.
