Tier perks apply only after entering the tier. Eg. If a customer must spend $100 to enter the bronze tier which has a 5% discount and they make an order of $150, this order itself will not have the discount applied but the subsequent orders will. In other words, the calculation to grant tier access occurs post the qualifying order not pre order.

Fixed Amount Off

4. Repeatable Option: Enable the perk to repeat, allowing customers to receive the free product multiple times under the specified conditions.
   

In certain regions it is not permitted to provide alcohol for free as an incentive to purchase. As such, you can activate a setting in General Settings > Discounts to apply a token 0.01 charge for 'free products'. Read more.

Tier Credit

1. Provides milestone spending rewards as bonus credit toward the next tier upgrade. Eg. Spend $250 to receive $10 towards your next tier upgrade.

4. Product Deletion Handling: If the selected product is deleted, you must update the perk with a new product.
   

If a customer exits the tier, their discount code will not update further, but they can still use it for the remaining active period.

If you want your wine club and loyalty tiers play nicely together, consider NOT offering additional perks via the wine club, but via the loyalty tier instead. This means that all club orders will count toward the loyalty tier spend and any non-club discounts are managed by the loyalty program rather than the club.
