Updating Club & Membership Tier Icons
Winehub uses default icons when setting up Wine Clubs and Loyalty Tiers. We highly recommend updating these during setup to align with your brand identity. These icons appear in both the Signup App and Customer Portal.
Wine Club Icons
- Wine Club Icon – Represents your club and is displayed on the club selector page.
- Case Size Icons – Shown for each case size available (e.g. 6-pack, Dozen).
- Frequency Icons – Indicate the subscription frequency (e.g. Quarterly, Biannual).
Recommended size: 400 x 400 px.
Even if your club is not published (i.e. not shown on the frontend), members will still see the club image in the customer portal, so we still recommend uploading an image.
Updating Club, Case & Frequency Icons
1. Click the edit icon next to the Wine Club you want to update
2. Update the main Club Icon at the top right hand side of the page
3. Next to the Case Sizes section, click 'Edit Case Sizes' button to upload Case Size icons

4. In the Delivery Frequency section, each frequency tab has an image section on the right hand side
Loyalty Tier Icons
- Tier Image – Represents each loyalty level in the Customer Portal.
Recommended size: 400 x 400 px.
Updating Tier Icons
1. Click the edit icon next to the Loyalty Tier you want to update
2. Update the tier icon at the top of the page

Best Practices for Icons
- Maintain brand consistency – Use colors, fonts, and styles that match your branding.
- Keep file sizes small – Large images may slow down page loading. Optimize using a tool like Tinify.
- Use high-quality images – Clear and well-designed icons improve customer experience.
